Terms of Service

Hermes Personal Data Broker is private software operated by Matt Povey for personal use. It is not a public service, consumer product, or multi-user platform.

Permitted use

The app may be used only by Matt Povey for personal assistant workflows involving the owner's own Google Account data, including mail lookup, calendar availability, task review, and draft preparation.

No public accounts

No third-party user accounts are offered. No other person is invited to authorize their Google Account or rely on this app as a service.

User responsibility

The operator is responsible for maintaining the broker, reviewing OAuth scopes, protecting credentials, and confirming any draft or write-capable action before it is committed.

Availability

The app is provided as-is for private personal use. It may be changed, paused, or removed at any time.

Privacy

Use of Google user data is governed by the Privacy Policy.
